Rescue Remedy for Pets
September 16, 2018
Whenever we suffer from something, we voice it out. We can somehow take care of ourselves and get back on. Our pets? They just become boisterous. We blame it on their playful behaviour or think that they’re just hungry but that may not be it. They suffer from anxiety as much as we do; sad part being they can’t exactly show us why or what. We must understand it from the little things they do. They may act up, growl a lot, or sometimes even be completely reluctant to do anything at all. This could happen due to a new foster home, vet visits (we are not the only ones when it comes to the reluctant doctor visits), or even loud noises like fireworks. In such situations, don’t panic. There are things you can do to make them calm down. Dosage of Rescue Remedy is one of them, it works like magic.
Rescue Remedy is a medicine made by Dr Bach. He created an emergency combination of Remedies that he had previously made. It contains five different Remedies: Star of Bethlehem, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plum and Rock Rose. It comes in various forms – sprays, creams, drops, and pastilles. It can be taken as and when required. It’s completely harmless and works wonders with stress. It has a good shelf-life because the preservative used is alcohol. You need not worry though, it’s gluten free as it’s made from grapes. Although, if you have a tiny pet, you should consider using the alcohol-free version. This one is preserved using glycerine made from sunflowers and hence gluten free. Diagnose what kind of a problem your pet is suffering from and choose the Remedy wisely. For Rescue Remedy, here are some dos and don’ts:
- Store it at room temperature
- Give four drops daily and continue doing so till the symptoms improve.
- Do not continue if there’s no change seen. Visit a veterinarian.
- Dilute the remedy with a teaspoon of water and then give it.
Rescue remedy is quite a solution. It is also synthesized for humans and it has given great results. If we can try it so can our pets. We must find the root of the problems. It can be anything. These Remedies are not harmful even if the wrong one is taken. But again, better safe than sorry. If you happen to find your dog acting a bit hyper, noisy, and cranky, start looking for the clues. Based on your diagnosis, choose the right Remedy. Rescue Remedy is like a one stop solution for stress.
The health of a pet must not be ignored at all. Do not just leave it onto itself. Unlike us, it’s very hard for them as they don’t really understand what’s happening. We can always talk to someone or maybe even consume Rescue Remedy ourselves. But for them, we have to be worried about. They need their humans more than anything at that moment. They need Rescue Remedy.
